Disclosures
¹ Timing of payments may vary based on invoice approvals and are subject to a $2.95 fee per payment from ShiftKey. Manual review of an invoice usually takes less than 24 hours but can take up to a week. Once your invoice is approved, we can start processing your payment.
² There are no in-network ATM fees for the first 8 transactions per month. A $2 ATM fee will apply for any in-network ATM withdrawal after the eighth transaction within any given month.
³ There is no cost to use the ShiftKey Wallet app or debit card. However, you may incur a small fee if you choose to instantly transfer your funds to an external debit card or account.
⁴ Banking services are provided by Evolve Bank & Trust, Member FDIC. ShiftKey Wallet, powered by Branch, is a Mastercard business debit card and account issued by Evolve Bank & Trust, pursuant to a license from Mastercard and may be used everywhere Mastercard debit cards are accepted subject to certain restrictions, local laws, and regulations.

There is a virus connected to this app and/or the QR code used to activate the card!!!! I downloaded the app and scanned the code to activate the card, and have had nothing but issues since. I keep getting redirected to a webpage to install the app...EVEN WHEN I ALREADY HAD THE APP. It doesn't matter what I'm doing on my phone, it redirects me to a new webpage with the same thing. It did it 15 times in a row once. Development team HAS NO IDEA what they're doing or how to fix it. Do not use!!!!

READ FIRST. THIS IS THE WORST BANK AND APP EVER! I have had them worst time trying to get my money from them. they are holding 300$ of my money and only allowing me to spend 10$ at a time. this is ridiculous. not only do I stay on hold for a hour at a time, but they tell me I have to wait for someone to contact me via email to increase my limit. it's been 2 WEEKS!!! I just need to pay bills! Thank God all my money wasn't deposited to their account.

i give this app no stars. i set up the wallet because i couldnt get paid unless i did. i follow the instructions exactly as said & they lock my account. it has now been 2 weeks & account is still locked. still not paid. they say i need to provide further documentation to prove my identity but refuses to tell me what it is. i can not get a human on the phone or in the chat. i do not recommend this app what so ever.
