I have very few complaints about the app. It is responsive and probably the most user friendly compared to uber or justeat. I just hate when I have to call up the team as it can be long while you're out there trying to earn money. Edit: A customer cancelled their order when I got to their address nearly 10miles away. Rider support are only giving me £2 for travelling all that way. Disgraceful and insulting to riders

Dear developers, the app auto-disables the ability to use the flashlight of the device when scanning an order or taking a photo to confirm I left the delivery at the customer's door which is an issue at nighttime. Please either allow us to use the flashlight of our phones or include a button in the app to switch the flashlight on/off. Many thanks

They've fixed the ID Verification issue on my phone. I struggled as I put it to my face, it kept resetting and I couldn't get anywhere, before I had to use a different phone until they force ID check with every phone we used. The reason for the 3/5 starts, I'm not happy being asked every single day for ID Check, it's a pain in the backside. They state "Occasionally" which they lie. They don't do it occasionally, they do it daily. Non of the other apps like uber, and just eat are this obsessed🤷
