I purchased the ECON bundle, which included Change flight option. I needed to change me flight 2days before, and it would give me an error. there is no live customer support to help. the chat box only sent me a link to "change flight" but the error persisted. I had to cancel my flight, lose money and book a new one. terrible customer service. no way to contact ppl

On two separate flights, I've tried to upgrade my seat in the app during checkin. Both times it claimed it was successful, charged me, and when I boarded the plane I was in a different and crappier seat. I think there is a bug. I reported it to frontier the first time (no refund) and now I've reported it again. Hopefully they fix this issue. In the meantime, only use this app for checkin. don't trust it for seat upgrades

When adding checked baggage to my departure flight, the app asked if I wanted to add the same to my return flight. I said yes, and it reflected on my booking details. I confirmed this several times because I didn't want to be charged a higher fee at the airport. I got to the airport and suddenly it's not in my booking and the desk agent didn't see it either. And I had to go online, not the app, to re-add the bag. Useless and frustrating, just like Customer Service.
