After updating the app a few hours ago, I went to make a purchase and I'm unable to. The screen loads then an error message pops up and then the screen goes blank. I've restarted my phone and that didn't help. The issue is only with the e.l.f. app. All my other apps work just fine. I even tried to make a purchase on the e.l.f. site through my browser and I still get the same error message. This isn't the first time I've had an unresolved issue with the e.l.f. app or their website.

The app is easy to order on. Could use some other improvements. Even though the app shows that you're logged in, it doesn't save certain things, like the Beauty Profile. A lot of links take you out of the app to a web page (ex: FAQ's, complaints, ads) and even if you manage to login on that web page it doesn't save to the app and it's not on your profile on the website when you log back in. The scanned receipts also disappear and I can't tell if all of them were approved or not.

I have been using it to make several purchases tonight. It has taken over 2 hours! 80% of the time is trying to adjust my cart. If I added 2 of the same items to the cart, but I only want 1, I have to put both into a wish list, go back to the item listing, add 1 to my cart. Ugh!! I can't seem to remove items from my cart, I can only wishlist them. At this point I am just wish listing 90% and waiting the full 2 minutes for it to decide if that is ok!
