Just a few short years ago, this was my most favorite app. I had so many Bible studies saved, that I was doing, and I was gladly willing to pay the $7.99 per month because I was that happy with all that was made available. All of a sudden, and without warning, all of my stored studies were gone, I can't even sign in, I keep getting an error message. I have attempted to contact them several times, to no avail, and im still getting charged the $7.99 monthly fee with no way to reach anyone.

always have to call when I start a new study that stream is included with study guide, even when I follow the directions in the book to unlock the study...there's always an instruction missing or a failing in the process.

The best way to redeem a code if you already have an account is to log into the account FIRST on www.studygateway.com/login Then, go to www.studygateway.com/redeeem and enter your code. Unable to use app to view videos. Update as of 12/30/23, I'm still not able to view videos from the app. I can view them thru my TV but not on the phone app. Keeps telling me I don't have a Google play subscription. Which is correct, I pay directly to gateway. Last payment was on 12/14/23. Fix or I will be forced to quit.
