Jack has been my go to fast food option for a long time. Sadly I have to leave a negative review. They have dramatically reduced the number and availability of value options and digital deals, at the same time as raising prices of mid to "high end" menu options. A true $5 meal isn't possible anymore. A Jumbo Jack meal is almost $10. A single Breakfast Jack is almost $3. The digital coupon offers are simply not competitive with alternative establishments. It's very disappointing.

I'm convinced every fast food app is terrible, but this one takes it to the next level. It's actually impressively bad. I placed an order where the app confirmed it and everything, then sat in line for 15 minutes just to be told the order didn't exist. Reopened the app and confirmed there was zero history of it the order. It disappeared entirely. Complete waste of my time and sanity.

The fact that your $5 off a $25 order coupon is limited to those who have their order delivered is discriminatory. I have to choose from a bunch of deals that include stuff I don't want or like in order to save money when I show up at your brick and mortar store. I think I deserve a $5 blanket discount if I spend $25 without having one more person handle my order and bring it to me cold after stopping at two other drop-offs. Really bad form Jack.
