Stupid app I have tried multiple ways to "redeem" my rewards but no matter what option I choose it doesn't add to checkout. The app claims that you get a free a la carte favorite , original or plain slim for registering but no matter what I put it's not free. Why have a rewards app if the rewards don't work. I also got a new reward for a free side but it's the same thing I'm getting charged and I know I'm not doing it wrong I've been looking this over it feels like I'm working on a puzzle.

really good app, really good food at a reasonable price. but the rewards program is not up to par. extremely outdated. it tricks you into thinking its every 3 orders get a reward (free pickle slice). and then its order 8 times... for a feee bag of chips. so greedy, you would get more people on this app if you offered more for using it...

Astounded that this app doesn't allow me to swipe back and cancel an order while it's processing. I hadn't added a tip and swiped back within a half-second and well before the confirmation screen came up. This could be easily fixed by having a pop-up alert asking if you meant to leave a tip. I ran out to the store to get some cash and the order was delivered by the time I got back. Rank incompetence on both my part and the Jimmy Johns app developer.
