Global Search

the updated app doesn't work. Won't save password or open on screen when listening to a particular programme so cannot stop it or do anything else. Go back into app and have to sign in yet again and yet again it does not recognise the password so then takes many links until it saves the PW. This just keeps happening every time

Works to find apps and files, but doesn't show search suggestions. It lets you tap on 2-3 apps to search in them, but doesn't follow my default browser or search engine. It's pretty limited. I'm a little surprised that it doesn't even support Google Messages or Contacts, just Chinese versions that shouldn't be on my device. It also acts like a completely separate app, as though it was copied and pasted from somewhere else (and it was) and they didn't bother to make it work well for OnePlus.

this is a great app so far. In my Realme C21(4GB & 64GB). It would be great if there is a shortcut icon and quick settings tile to trigger it from anywhere. Plus, this app takes too much time to open. I suggest, you let the users decide which contents they want to search for through each individual toggle( file & doc, contact, Apps & settings). It will get rid of extra loads on the app if the search result is tailored by users.
