I can't enter the account and it said it's "locked" when I try to reset password with email it automatically resets an other account, there's no option button to reset the password of my account that is locked for not reason at all. If I can't enter it in time I'll lose 30 whole points at english class because of that stupid bug

First it fails to recognize my credentials, third time I try it logs me in but it says I have to log in first in a web browser although I already did it, before and even after the message asking me to. Unable to log in
