The first two rides were fine but the third time I tried using, the driver confirmed the request, traveled to our direction for 10 minutes (meanwhile we waited), and then cancelled!!! We barely made it in time to the bus station, and not with Bolt, but with public transport. The point of this service should be to be secure and more convenient, but rather it caused us stress and inconvenience.

Lately, the application regularily does not match the location on the map with the address correctly. For instance, twice during a week we were let out a few hundreds meters away from my son's school, enven though the address I entered was correct and accessible for a taxi. Another example, today the application sent the driver to a wrong bus stop. I was even charged late fee. Update: new bugs with every update, can't see the map now after the order is made until the driver arrives.

We used Bolt twice during our stay in Paphos. The first experience was great, although it took a while to get a taxi from our hotel due to the rainy weather, the driver was polite and the journey was smooth. Unfortunately, the second time wasn’t as good because the driver was rude, aggressive, and very argumentative, which really put a damper on things. That said, the app itself is excellent, very easy to use, well-organised, and far cheaper than flagging a taxi 👍
