I love this app after the update I don't know how much longer I will be using it. they added a limit to how many messages you can send to the AI coach and they also removed the history tab where you could see all your successful fasts and reaching your workout and water goals. and lastly, they made the free feature to see insights on every meal and turned it into a premium feature. all of these were reasons why I loved using this app, but now I'm looking for alternatives

Screens didn't load - have to go back and then back in, bad workflow between modules, hard to know what I'm doing. Logging food is difficult and the only thing this does. I thought it was fasting it's not. It makes suggestions on eating and that's it. Cancelled and am out $30. Don't waste your time.

I have tried several other weightloss apps and I am really enjoying this one. The cost is low which is always nice and makes it easier to try something new. I appreciate that this app focuses intermittent fasting, making good choices and encouragement rather than tracking calories. I haven't tried intermittent fasting before but it's been totally doable (I start around 6:30pm after dinner and then eat lunch). I've lost a good amount of weight in a month without tracking any calories.
