El Pollo Loco - Loco Rewards

The old version was way better because it was more simple easy to use,the new version makes everything so complicated.the curbside pick up now need to wait for the text message and some time I didn't get the message and need to pick up inside.the reward,I could redeem the point anytime I have $5,now I didn't see any option to redeem the point.and the worse,they make utensils optional,and sometime I forgot to click on it,and I didn't get any utensils and need to eat by hand.terrible design.
