Your app hasn't been working since Apr. I am connected to the network, but your app keeps showing "Couldn't download the page." I have tested it on multiple Android devices, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but the issue persists.

I’m experiencing an issue with the IKEA Home Smart app. When I open the app, I receive the following message: “Sorry, that didn’t go as planned. We couldn’t download the page. Make sure your phone has an internet connection and try again.” My internet connection is working fine, but the app still doesn’t load. I’ve tried restarting the app and my phone, but the issue persists. Could you please help me resolve this?
