RoutineFlow is an ADHD planner and organizer that puts your success on autopilot by building a consistent daily routine with you. With this routine timer you can not only create a morning routine but organize your schedule for the entire week.

Just the app I was looking for! Runs smoothly. Helps me stay on track. Luv the emojis auto added to tasks! 😄 And luv that I can time down to the minute. Got the Pro Sub! One suggestion: On the Insights tab, Avg. Time and Med. Time are helpful, however I can't make edits on that page. I have to close it & open the Routines tab to implement insights. It'd help if we could either edit tasks on the Insights page or see insights on the Edit Routine page. Thx. 👍🏼 Great job!

Trial Blows Me Away So Far! Setting up routines in the trial app and I'm so glad I didn't sway towards the critical views and avoid trying this! I've already created a bunch of routines! (I found this through Neurolist💙via same developer). I have ADHD and I've been through SO MANY apps. This is simple to set up; it's actually quite intuitive (emojis & color options make it fun)! Smooth operation, customizable. Total overview of timeframes helps plan out the day. I'll update after using it!

Life changing. I don't have ADHD, but I do struggle with estimating how long tasks will take. This app has helped me better plan my days so that I can get more done. I feel more confident since I'm taking care of the important stuff day to day. Try this app! 2025 UPDATE: Revising this down to a 4 because I'm really missing a "vacation mode." Apparently many other, similar apps have this feature.
