I was looking forward to trying out the app, I even ordered 8 shirts for my first order. I tend to build a cart and then leave it overnight to finish. The app empties the cart every time you leave it. Then you get emails reminding you of your cart, and when you chase the link, the cart is empty. Lastly... if you want to check your order status, be prepared to be spammed with ads for other companies.

App needs some work. Every time you switch colors on a shirt you're considering, it changes the size selection to "small". Payment options like GPay don't work, or don't work like most other checkout experiences (after logging into my Google account, it said I needed to open my cart in a browser instead). Why isn't the cart saved and available on the website also? Is it even possible to log into your account in a browser? Good shirts, but confusing and generally poor ordering experience.

I don't know who in your sales or marketing team convinced freshcleantees that they needed to make an app but they were wrong. Not every single company needs an app. I've easily purchased thousands of dollars of clothing in the last few years from your company and I'm done giving y'all money if I install yet another app to purchase new colors.
