There are outages on the app and the infrastructure doesn't seem to very stable at all. I get laggy behaviour, endpoints taking ages to respond, and I've been bombarded with multiple confirmation and error prompts when trying to book a class at my local club. Fingerprint reader is temperamental, I'm regularly logged out of sessions. The UX for the login screen needs work. Not sure which digital agency you guys got in to build this App, but you guys need to give them a GOOD telling off.

I have a bunch of calendars within my Google calendar. The "Add to calendar" feature doesn't let you choose which one it should add events to, so it seems to be random so I end up with events all over the place. Needs a setting to allow you to select which calendar to add events to.

Awful app. Often it just doesn't open despite uninstalling and reinstalling. As for the digital or physical card option.... I was having frequent issues with the digital card and my club reception team advised there are often problems with compatibility between the digital card, Google Wallet and android, so advised having a physical card. You can't have one so I'm stuck with a physical card. Come on David Lloyd.. you can do better!
