My order of $10 was cancelled 3 hours after payment. 10 credits were credited into the account. When I try to place an order again (on a different store), I was not able to proceed with payment. the payment tab just doesn't work at all. Update: I reached out to the support team and they responded promptly. Will try to make another purchase another day.

Tried it a few times. Totally not worth it. Even if you come on time or early, you may have to wait for an hour or more. There's not a lot of stores on the app, so you may have to travel far for one listed. And if you miss it just by a little bit, they just take all your money and give you nothing. Customer service takes 5-15mins to reply to each message. You're better off just buying food normally.

Concept is not bad. Cannot pay with OCBC, it opens to an error page. Also would prefer if the app doesn't open the map as default. I am not able to close it if I do not input an address.
