Big downside - can't view local channels using mobile data (which is weird, because this didn't used to be an issue). Currently, when I try to view local channels on the app, it keeps giving me a message to please sign into wifi, due to "geographic constraints." I am not traveling, but in my own home, and would be happy to connect to our wifi, except for the part where The Power Is Out. This was not an issue the last time there was a power outage - please fix this.

The app works fine on Roku, but forget Chromecast—it's not compatible. The company constantly experiences outages, often affecting some or all services daily. Customer service is terrible, but what bothers me most is their lack of transparency. They delete outage records after 60 days, seemingly to hide ongoing issues they refuse to fix. There's a total lack of maintenance and care. If I had the option to switch, I definitely would. I just see a bill that keeps growing!

When I click on a channel for my favorites I get multiple instances of the same show with different channel numbers. Also, I would like the guide to default to the last instance that I had it set for but it always comes up "all channels". I've only had the app a week and I've had to reinstall it already because it quit working. It would be very helpful if this app had some basic settings.
