I feel like it lacks thoughtfulness, and there's a huge missed opportunity to actually put users in control of their transactions. For example the transaction history only allows you to search using a txn id or the amount even if you find the transaction it doesn't display the number. The number is the primary way people identify contacts the txn id is more for the company to find transactions. I think this shows the thoughtfulness the app lacks

This is an excellent app, i love to it. I just don't like the fact that when my data runs out and I have no access to Wifi the app is unable to open. I would suggest that the app should be able to function as long as there is network available otherwise why should I fail to purchase data yet that it the very essence of having the app?

Airtel is just careless. I had two SIM cards on a mobile app, one with 10k balance, but the app forced me to use the first SIM for payment when I tried to buy data for the second SIM. I couldn't remove the first SIM and had to clear the app's data to start over. The app doesn't allow users to paste phone numbers, which is inconvenient. It also asks for permission to read contacts and SMS, which I find unnecessary. The app displays full-screen ads even when running in the background.
