Best of the rental car apps!! Not perfect, but nothing really is. My only complaint is being able to resolve billing and res issues easier through the app, but in fairness some of those are complex. Just feel like many of the issues could be solved through the app instead of calling multiple numbers and talking to numerous levels of customer service. Beyond that, the app performs everything as displayed.

UPDATE: after several months, I still can't log into the app. As I rent several times a month, this is a big deal. I'm about to switch providers. Man, I wish I hadn't updated. I had to update, update AGAIN, change my password on the web, uninstall completely and reinstall just to get it to let me log in *at all.* It's unusable.

Avis app is very simple to use, it's the branch owners and mangers that make it very difficult to proceed with your online purchase. They don't like to give deals and when you find one they rent out the car you booked leaving you without a car. it's crazy they get away with this. I've rented over 250 rentals and I'm a great customer, there should be no questions about my personal bills and mail. Just pass me my keys and tell me drive safe and have a great day.
