As a Diamond Player I am disappointed at how this app makes it nearly impossible to update personal info like my new phone number. None of their links work that they say to use to update that information. Every link has an error and even the email has bounced back and says they no longer use that email. Well then why do you have it set as the email for verification. I can't log into my account because I have a new phone number and it keeps sending the authentication pin to my old number.

This app is TERRIBLE! It'll kick you out every few minutes constantly, especially if you're up and winning. Within 30 minutes I was kicked out with an "Oops something went wrong" message about 20 times..I believe it's being done on purpose to stop people from winning anything. Also, don't deposit any money because they lock every deposit as a bonus and you CAN'T WITHDRAW your OWN money no matter what. Stay far away from this app. Time to contact the state gaming commission on these crooks.

DO NOT ACCEPT BONUSES FROM CAESARS PALACE ONLINE!!!!!! They have the WORST bonus policy of ANY online casino. It's difficult to meet 10x wagering requirements anywhere, but it's almost impossible to clear them here. And they restrict not only the bonus and bonus winnings, but they also keep you from taking out ANY of your original deposit until you play 10x the ENTIRETY of deposit AND bonus money added together, which is all but impossible to do. They make sure of that. Plus wins are rare.
