In the last year, I've been successful in making a payment through the app, once. I had to uninstall and reinstall several times in order to do so. I'm attempting it again. It's quite aggravating to have an app and website both that fail when you're trying to make payments. It's a "here, take my money" that's met with "sorry, can't, but here's your late fees. Thanks for playing!" Devs, I know you can do better.

I set up bright speed for the self install. I do all of the router work myself, and according to the person I spoke to on the phone, all the technician had to do was come out and I quote flip a switch. I had to wait two weeks for the switch to be flipped and then it never happened. no notification no nothing. I had to call the next day to find out why I had no internet. they just didn't do it. Long story short three cancellations and finally on the 4th attempt I have internet. horrible service.

Updated: They fixed my below issue. Great until it wasn't. I loved the fact I could pause the internet on my children's devices at night so they could sleep. Everything was working great until recently. Now the option in the app to pause/unpause has disappeared and I am unable to activate the internet on their devices, as it seems to be permanent now. I've done troubleshooting, turn off and on, still nothing. Very disappointed.
