remove the express feature it's absolutely useless and ever since it was added to the app the bugs have been non stop. after I deselect the poor choice in seats and choose the seats I actually want they aren't added to the cart instead they appear as occupied and I have to wait a few minutes for the selection to be available again defeating the whole purpose for express selection. not to mention 60 percent of the time the app loads indefinitely and stays on a gray screen. never had issues befor

always loved the app. However, recently, the app has been malfunctioning. After selecting a seat and adding to the cart it takes me to a random screen and does not allow me to checkout or change the seat and when I go back to try again it shows the seat as taken but doesn't allow me to checkout or select another seat. This is new and has been doing it each time I try to buy a ticket in the last 2 months. it takes 30 minutes or more before I can successfully complet checkout.

The app is nice when it works. It's always had glitches but now it's especially so. After doing everything correctly, it often says the cart is empty. I then have to wait 5 minutes for the seats to be released and try again. The app automatically chooses the seats, I have no idea why, and it's irritating. I have to remember to remove their choice of seats, it says it's based on seats I've previously purchased. I never choose seats that the app chooses. This is a terrible feature.
