The router system is very good and reliable. However, the app has been very buggy over the past year or so. I don't know if they have a QA department for the app but I can surely take a guess. Right now, no devices are showing up on the app. And honestly if it's not one thing with this app, it's another. Considering looking to another brand.

Now I can't sign in at all. "Something went wrong. Try again." Successfully reset password, but same problem. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Don't use the app very often, so don't know when this started, but was happening about a month ago and is still happening (didn't try in between because was hoping it would be fixed by an app update). Even better than fixing signin would be: don't make me sign into a mobile app at all. Let me just sign into the router, like previous Netgear routers did.

Now it doesn't work and just shows white screen. Reinstalling app doesn't help. Same thing happened to the app in my tablet. When it was working, they should add controls on how notifications show up. I don't need 50+ notifications when the orbi "scans" each device connected to it. Also, the connected device list does not refresh as much as it should. I had to refresh the view several times before it showed the current devices connected. Also, the "safety score" is stupid.
