Terrible on android! There is no full library sync, as a person coming from the iPhone/ iPad version which is wonderful, this version is slow, doesn't have full library offline sync(as a one click so you have to go to every item and load), takes forever to load a notebook initially, is extremely laggy when scrolling through pdfs, doesn't have a good outline feature to browse chapters of notebooks, doesn't have a good UX in general, can't scroll through pages fast on the preview pane when, etc

I've long been a Goodnotes apostle. It basically got me through anesthesia school and I never would've searched for anything else. At that time, I had an iPad that was my primary note taking device and an iPhone. Shortly after graduation, I switched to a Z Fold 5 (still iPad for tablet). Everything still worked well, but the syncing options were horrendous. Then, my next phone is a traditional-style Android and the app isn't even compatible? Why? It isn't a form factor issue when iPhone has it.

I had high hopes after looking at my friends notes with iPads. Friends, it is NOT THE SAME. At all. It lacks canvas compatibility that iOS has which is absolutely obnoxious. It won't let you upload notes into the notebooks themselves and it lags pretty badly. I was constantly behind on lectures. I wanted to like it because of long press for line straightening and palm rejection, but this is the worst app I've used for notes. That's even compared to One Note and my default app.
