I've had Gosund products for several years now & have decided, once these expensive things wear out, I'm just going back to regular ones. The hassle isn't worth it, even for someone with my health problems. If the app isn't randomly kicking my devices off the network, failing to connect to my WiFi when everything else is fine, or forgetting to run an automatic scene, it's asking me to confirm actions I've programmed it to do. "TAP to run" means just that, not tap 2x. Customer service is a bot🙄

ability to turn on/off socket adaptor is ridiculously temperamental. sometimes it works for weeks fine then suddenly it stops working for no reason though the app wants to blame the network. I've spent too much time testing the network to be sure the problem IS NOT DUE TO MY NETWORK. There must be many other apps and devices that work better than this. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

This app has worked fairly well for the last few years, but we had a quick, split second power outage yesterday, and now my timers aren't working. I have reset them, checked for updates, i have checked the network connection, and still nothing.. i use this smart outlet and app for my bearded dragon's lights and heat, so it is important. Can someone help?
