Edit: trash company. What you did to private servers after 20 years is unacceptable. I absolutely love this game, I think its an improvement from the original RO i spent years playing. very well done!! That being said im getting really sick of the login bugs... i can't even get in the game right now. I click 'touch to start' and it sits there. The only resolution is to re-install which is a pain without a wifi connection in my home.

I'm stuck on the logon screen like everybody else. It's been like this for 2 days now. I'm not going to keep clearing data every time I play. And I spent money and can't play. I want a refund if you cant fix this. (Its a great game. The nostalgia is awesome. The issue seams to be resolved. Change my review to 5 star as long as it doesn't happen again..)

It's been happening too often where the game just gets stuck on the log-in screen. I would press start and nothing happens at all. I can fix it, but I have to erase data and then re-download everything, and just doing this for far too many times gets pretty annoying. I don't want to have to keep doing this all the time (so I already know the solution, but it's not good enough). I would love it to just work. I love Ragnarok, but this ongoing issue really puts me off from wanting to play it.
