Super slow response time from providers, could not get meds right for me. I just ended up more frustrated than anything. They make it difficult to cancel your subscription (no button to cancel) and refuse to refund when it processed when I was in the midst of discontinuing their services. Overall would not reccommend. The only plus is that it is relatively easy to use, apart from canceling 🙄

This app was great for several months, and then all of a sudden it stopped providing med reminders. I logged out and back in and reinstalled the app, thinking this would help, and nothing. I texted out to the chat and was told to use the troubleshooting link which covered all the things I've already done. Not helpful whatsoever.

The app is basically the website to sell you more stuff. All of the things I actually need are way at the bottom of the main page. If you start looking into something (like hair care or skin care), the "complete intake" remains forever at the top and you cannot dismiss it if you change your mind. Any medication doses should be listed with the habit tracker for ease. Lastly, if your program requires habit tracking, you can't go back in your history to record the previous day's info.
