The game has been freezing on me. I'm playing the new Cheshire Cat's Winter Fair mini game and the Cheshire Cat won't exchange my merge items when I click on him. I try clearing cache and closing the app, but nothing work and i don't want to uninstall the game b/c I will loose everything. I've been playing this game for a couple of years now. Not sure what to do.

So I really enjoyed this game as one of the first of the merge games I got into.. I was almost through it! And there was some kind of update or glitch, and it kept saying error in the patch manifest? And it reset my progress back 2 castles, which is probably 1-2 months' work. I've emailed support multiple times. There is a login to a cloud save. I’ve given the date and asked if they can restore the progress. Repeatedly, I've emailed from within the game. NO response. So you get one star.

I love this game. But...they have a lot of issues with the ads offered for you to play to recieve extra things to further your play. Half the time I will get thru 1/2 of the commercial then it stalls and I have to back out of the game. Sometimes there is a consolation prize of 50 energy points. They do not apply to ALL the side games, it goes to the main game or it isn't the prize or object you were watching for....I appreciate all the prizes. But this forces you to "buy" it if you really need.
