Every time I've tried to use it travelling it has stopped working. Last time was 7/13 and I sent prob 4 emails none of which have been answered as of yet and it's been 1 full business week. I wouldn't recommend loungekey to my worst enemy at this point. Update: it took them 3 weeks to get back to me for a password reset and the link they sent didn't work. I responded immediately and it's been another week at least and crickets. I don't understand how a travel related platform can be this bad..

horrible account creation page. 1. account creation happens outside the app, in a browser. 2. every field only support a short string of a-z characters. so giood luck if you have a non english name. 3. why do i have to have a security question? 4. and why do you care how secure my password is? its _my_ password. im going to update this review when i have used the app. the reason im writing this before using the app, is because i was asked to, by the app.
