I paid for the full version to gain access to all of the app's features, but my phone needed a factory reset, and now I can't access the paid features. Even when I click the "Upgrade" button in the app, Play Store just tells me that I already own it. There's no option or selection to restore my purchase. I only got to use the app for one conversion, and now I feel like my money was wasted.

No External Drive Support...is a fail off the bat. Like, im sure someone uses local storage for media..., but there isn't a app category that is more likely to leverage external storage, e.g., SD, or even attached, than photo/video and audio. So HOW on earth, THIS app doesn't have that built in is not only an epic fail, it calls into question the entire product and program management competence. I cannot even TRY, and not sure I trust enought to BUY, if i could use it successfully.

Currently the app works very fine. I'm seeing a lot of negative comments from other users, but I believe the dev team made changes so, with that being said; -No crashes -Bulk conversion (with option to save in source location) The app works fine currently and I do recommend it. One feature I would suggest is having an option to use it in portrait mode because honestly in landscape mode I was almost unable to view the files I'd selected. All in all, great work NCH!
