the interface changes way to often. the interface designers constantly make it worse to navigate. more difficult to see shows that are of interest and constant loads the suggestions with things I'm not interested in. as a company they seem one fiscal quarter away from beginning to show advertisements. I didn't care about Netflix games but I can't remove the many lines of suggestions for them. Netflix is no longer providing for customers at the price point my subscription affords me.

I like Netflix, but there's a lot of major issues I have. I think it's kind of ridiculous to have an ad version/no ads version now considering they used to always have no ads. and the fact that Im not able to cast Netflix to my Chromecast because I didn't pay for no ads is stupid, and there's content on here that you need to have the ads free version to watch. and you need to be in the same home to be able to access the account?? stupid. you have some good Netflix originals, though.

I love the content selection available but I have seen many people mention that the brightness slider doesn't work for them and i too have been having this same issue since Nov 2024. The slider only changes the brightness of the subtitles but not the actual image. Can't even enjoy watching something in a dark setting without getting blinded. Please fix this Netflix, it's been long overdue.
