∆3.75% annual percentage yield (APY) applies to the Savings balance of OnePay Cash accounts that have either (i) received $500+ of Direct Deposits in the current or previous month or (ii) have a balance of $5,000+ at the end of the previous month. 3.75% APY is also earned on Pay Autosave and ONE@Work Save balances without deposit or balance requirements. 3.75% APY is limited to a total Savings balance of up to $250,000. All other Savings balances will earn 1.00% APY. APYs are as of 12/20/2024, but may change at any time before or after account opening.

Based on a 12 month loan with $25 monthly payments and a 0% APR. You can choose how much you’d like to pay towards your monthly payment, with a minimum of $1. If you choose an amount less than the full monthly payment, the remainder will be paid from the loan proceeds held in your Credit Builder lockbox.

Apps having log in issues again. makes me do multi factor sign in each time. tried reaching out to support through email.listed in play store to just find out it's an unmonitored email. why list it in the play store if it's not a valid contact email. app used to be amazing. now it's gets more frustrating with most updates and changes.

I had a weird app issue where it wouldn't let me login completely so I had to verify my number, enter a passcode, and then my pin. One reached out, gave me a $10 credit, and worked on fixing my issue. Not sure what the problem was and it took a while to fix, but the app finally let me back in. Thank you!

It's easy to use for the most part. The one thing I would love changed is the showing of all accounts combined as one amount. If I put money into savings, I DO NOT want to see it. When the app is opened and the dashboard is showing, it combines all savings AND checking with one total and it makes me think that total is what I have in my checking. I do deliveries and get paid after each delivery so my account fluctuates so frequently, it's hard to just know what is in my account
