It just gets worse. I was able to set the speed of my F63 in app when it was new. Eventually, that stopped working. This is dangerous because now I have to reach around my laptop tray to adjust the speed. I can still start the workout, set the incline, and abruptly stop the workout. I just can't gradually adjust the speed. A simple confirmation on the treadmill by pressing a button every session on the treadmill would eliminate safety concerns. Also, the Health Connect link does not work.

App is meh. Frustrating that the E95 HAS to be connected to a device with Sole+ to sync workout info. Workout stats go from E95 to bluetooth connected device with Sole+ then to Health Connect to then sync with Samsung Health. This seems ridiculous when the machine is connected to wifi, why cant it just sync directly through the cloud? I would like to jump on the machine and begin a workout and have it sync to my accounts without worrying about BT device connections.

Thank you for your reply! After linking the machine using the app and logging into the same account, you can start your workout directly on the machine, and the data will be uploaded to the cloud. The app is always slow to load each screen, long spinning times on screens, my wifi is excellent. My device is a Samsung Galaxy S10+. I use the E95 machine, 2020 generation. The app does not capture level or incline, those fields are always blank. The app does not match the distance on my machine. My E95 reported I logged .4 mile, the app reports .2 mile. I have weekly goal for miles in the app. After editing my goal (not creating a new goal), the app lost all my accumulated distance.

The E95 what you purchased in 2020 didn't support to send out full workout data (rpm and level were lost) by the machine via bluetooth, some data was calculated by SOLE+, it's why data mismatched. E95 didn't support WiFi function so it cannot update the new software from internet. I am so sorry for this situation. digital_service@dyaco.com
