This was my favorite travel agent. But now, customer service is nonexistent. You can only chat with a bot, and if it cannot answer your question, well, too bad. You'll be waiting in the chat box for nothing until the system kicks you out for no response. So only order things here that you have 100% of certainty. Anything else, ordering through the actual hotel or airline is probably a better route as you will end up dealing with them anyway for issues.

At first, when I was about to pay, it ended up with 7,×××BT. but when I nwed to change some details, the price rose up to 8,××× for some additional charge, which was not the change from my end. In the end, for the third time, when I was about to check out, they added one more charge, which is administrative fee 8x BT.

I opted to use Traveloka instead of Trip and Agoda because I found that their prices are competitive but when I was about to make payment their prices has been increasing which is a red flag. I used Flight + Hotel option to save money but our check in date does not match our arrival time. Customer service wants me to contact hotel instead of them contacting the hotel and rectify the issue. Never again to this app.
