absolutely horrible experience using the app you set up my restaurant. any time I want to edit any customization it's a headache, didn't click on the right box welp, there goes all your progress. pull the screen down too hard in the middle of the page, too bad so sad. actually infuriating to have to restart every time I want to see what I have left. that's only one complaint. If I had more than 500 characters I would leave the rest but genuinely awful user experience.

No longer receiving notifications, offline/paused, etc.. I cannot stress how important it is to be the first to know when a location disconnects. This tells us business owners a ton of information. At the very least, knowing when a server pauses the tablet is crucial. The notifications are no longer occurring. Clear cache, clear data, uninstall and reinstall as till doesn't trigger app notifications when pausing. Please fix... , If this is on our end, please link us a document with solutions.

I can't even be bothered to explain why because where would I even begin. One of the largest tech companies in the world, yet they can't make a functional app, or browser website. I access the manager from my laptop, desktop, and phone, both through the browser and app. Each on has different aspects of it broken, so I end up having to use all 4 to cover the features that the other versions lack and somehow make it all (barely) usable
