It is the most awful app I have ever used, it's even worse compared to the regular Marriott app (which is like 3 star maybe). whenever you click on any thing I the app, it takes forever to load, this is if you can actually log in the first place. I know that not a lot of people use this but this thing is just awful, and makes the resort experience worse than without it.

Marginal at best, same as website. MVC seems to want to drive you to chat and phone calls. Site and app not optimized to support what most members want to do, i.e., make/cancel reservations, view points needed for resorts without having to use the search function, and view balances. Most of this is there except the points for resorts, but buried under multiple layers. Also, the computers driving it seem underpowered, delays and errors. Hope it gets better.

I'm not sure who did their website and app but nether work anymore. The app is one of the worst I've used since 2007. It keeps crashing and closing. When it is open it says it can't load my data right now and will not reload. When I click on reservations it crashes. When I click on most options it crashes. The website doesn't work on any computer or mobile from any browser I've tried in 3 different countries. I've used it fine for almost 20 years but this year it doesn't. Maybe I'm the only one?
