Walmart: Shopping & Savings

buggy, missing critical features, doesn't show fees that you are being charged. I thought it might be better than the Walmart website, but it's worse, I was specifically on the lookout for the below minimum order fee, but it's not there, they charge you for things they don't tell you about until you see your receipt after you've already paid, and then they try to route your customer support through AI before you finally wrestle your way through it to get to someone who is not allowed to help.

The bad 1. New Ai bs that isn't even that good 2. took away 35 min for ebt 3. It looks like they took away the option for a code, but that was never consistent, whichis a problem cause the drivers get the orders wrong often 4. It's like pulling teeth to get a refund for missing items now pros 1. Some things are cheaper 2. I don't have to lug heavy stuff honestly, if I had a vehicle, I'd go somewhere else.

It's hard to shop for groceries unless you have a complete list and search exactly what you're looking for item by item. Then the same "sponsored" products show up so much that you can't seem to find anything. Payment never goes through the first time, so I end up with multiple holds on my account for a week or more because my bank is waiting for Walmart to finish all those charges. I need the convenience of delivery with my weird schedule, but they really make it difficult.
