This app sucks. after initial set up, i couldnt chat or set up anything at all. Then i uninstalled and reinstalled assuming there may be some updates i missed. i even changed my password. i cannot get passed the log in screen. this app glitches out and is not functional. there is nowhere to go to get help or a way to contact for assistance.

The app is nice for getting in touch with our "medical assistant". It seems to be designed for elderly patients but we are using it for pediatric services. The daily tasks are annoying because they don't really apply to us. It would be nice if there was an age of patient option that would change what info you receive, even if that means pediatric patients don't get hardly anything. But as I said, it looks like it would be really nice for tech savvy for mid-aged or elderly patients.

Update. Wellframe support was able to connect my account appropriately with my provider in an efficient manner. Thank you. // Now, I will update this review again later, after I've had ample time to experience it properly. From what I've been able to access so far, I can see that it has great potential.
