The XPENG app has a user-friendly interface and useful features, but its Bluetooth connection is highly unreliable. The connection frequently drops and gets disconnected, making it frustrating to use, especially for essential functions. This issue significantly impacts the overall experience, and an urgent fix is needed to improve stability. Until then, the app falls short of expectations for a premium EV brand.

The latest update is broken (for me). It seems there's an issue, after the update shows a message stating "You cannot use Vehicle Control. Please upgrade to the latest version". it's a bit frustrating, guess we"ll have to wait for an update (another one).

App and car are improving well OTA. X-COMBO is a great differentiator! Please also include rear passenger air vent control in X-COMBO. Remote parking now fails more frequently by giving up halfway parking into narrower parking lots with ample room for adjustment before backing into the lot. The car is not straightened when backing into the parking lot and shows "obstacles" error and parking will stop half way through. Please improve. Thank you!
