To join a Remote Support session

Step 1: Download and install the Zoho Assist – Customer app from the Play Store.
Step 2: Join the session by either opening the invitation link sent by the technician via email, or entering the session key provided by the technician directly in the app.
Step 3: After granting consent, the technician will securely access your device to provide support. You can end the session at any time by simply tapping the back button.

Unattended access

You can easily enroll your Android device for unattended access by your trusted technician at any time. Simply click the deployment link shared by your technician to grant them seamless access without any further action required on your part. You can also enable or disable unattended access whenever needed.

There is a company using this app to do fraud they have texted me stating that I had an Amazon account and that there was a charge which was not true and that they work from Amazon and that they were going to helpme getting my money back so they asked me to download this app and to follow their instructions to gain access to my account. I worked for Amazon so I knew it was fraud but I followed assuming that I was doing what they said and at the end I let them know that I knew it was fraud.

Paid good money to be able to support family smartphones, but the zoho Android app cuts off any of the options to agree or decline for remote sessions. This is on a samsung galaxy note 10. One of the most common and premium flagship type devices and they can't even render the app properly. Debating asking for refund and look at other providers. At first I thought it was a great tool, but there are way too many little cludgy bugs. Feeling very annoyed and cheated out of $400+ for just 1 tech

Hi, We aren't sure of the issue you are facing. If you're referring to the Unattended Access not working as expected, please be informed that from Android 10 devices, Google has restricted auto-approval of Connection requests and hence needs to be accepted every time. If that's not the issue, kindly send us a detailed mail to assist@zohomobile.com
