-Very barebones UI. -Constantly showing Chargepoint charger being offline and points blame at the hardware, even though it's fine (Chargepoint app can see the charger no problem). -Did not detect a charging session. -Needs my car's app's login info - why?? I granted access to the charger, so you can manage that. And based on other aspects of the app, I'm reluctant to share any more info that I absolutely have to, as I don't trust that info will be properly secured.

Very often and randomly the car appears to be "disconnected" so I don't get any incentives. I always charge at home, between midnight and 7am, once or twice a week. I've contacted their support and they told me they're aware of the glitch but they can't do anything. I can always buy their Wi-Fi charger which would fix this (!).

Constantly disconnects from my car. Change the max charge randomly so one day it's 65% then the next 95% even though I keep changing it to 80%. This app is a joke. My utility requires it for discounted rates. The app is so bad I'd rather pay higher rates. Nothing has changed in the last 5 months. multiple attempts by their support to get things to work fail. Top it off with an update bug that locked users out and deleted their cars from the app. Absolute garbage. Zero value. Deleting.
