A bit hard to learn, I thought, but a good game nonetheless. I couldn't get past Wave 5 or so, for several tries, till I sold the hanger and bought another couple bolters instead. And then, all in one go, I finished till the end O_o Also, several things were not apparent at first, for example, what attack does different from target, or that the repair facility description is not saying that turrets can't be destroyed (please add a semicolon there!)

A simpler, more accessable version of First Contact, this plays differently enough to not be rendered obsolete by its' larger cousin. More direct arcade defense action without all the knobs and levers to worry about, but only one enemy race compared to First Contact's 5(!) distinct enemy races. An extremely fun game worth having along side First Contact.

An interesting take on the tower defence genre with interesting mechanics and good visual and sound design. My only criticism is that the early waves feel a bit too inflexible in the sense that the only way to efficiently beat them is to upgrade the shield. This really limits tactical options early on since doing anything else will lead to the station being destroyed before the game even properly develops.
