What I like: 1-So far I haven't had the login issues other users have so that's better than the 7 steps needed on the MyHealtheVet app. 2-I can refill my prescriptions. What I don't like and why I probably won't use this app: 1-I HATE haptic feedback which is a sensory thing for me, and there is no option to disable it. 2-no access my records or lab results. 3-Messages say I have 6 unread messages, but I can't find them. 4-I have a trash folder but I can't delete or move messages to trash folder

I like the app but please go back to showing what the total compensation is at the current rating, not just the last months payment. Last month's payment doesn't always equal the total payment for the rating. For example, if you have a debt being pulled out and it only shows the last payment amount it looks like the Veteran is getting paid less than they should at their assigned rating percentage.

I appreciate all the security in trying to login. But sometimes using ID me is horrific because it forces me to enter and exit several websites each time. On a phone, if your wi-fi is spotty it will invalidate your current login attempt and start you over. (even if Internet is connected. The end result is a connection that isn't stable and force logs you out fairly often if you aren't on dedicated WiFi while accessing the app.
