Update: The app works now. Not the greatest or most intuitive UI, but at least it's functional! I’m trying to use the app on a Xiaomi Mix Fold 2. As of a few weeks ago, the HSBC HK Mobile Banking app does not launch at all. The moment I tap on it, it crashes and returns me back to my home screen. Please fix!!!!! I can’t use the app to generate security codes, etc. if it won’t even open.

The app is currently broken for me, I cannot open it, it just hangs then crashes. Otherwise a decent banking app. Don't sign up for the well+ thing though, they are stealing a ton of personal data through a very sketchy third party. Also, you can take screenshots of transactions, just not with your normal phone function, just click the button on the top right that's like a download button, it saves a pic of it.

Horrendous app for a horrendous system. Slow, unintuitive, separate from the HSBC global app, no fingerprint recognition, and now claims a Pixel 2 is a rooted phone. If I could change banks, I would. Update: App becoming more and more bloated, takes longer and longer to login. And no way to say i don't want to register for FPS. Just so, so, so user unfriendly.
