Best Subscription out there! I never leave reviews but now that Nugs was added to Roku... I have to say 🙏🙌THANK YOU!!! I promote this app like it's going out of style. Hands down this is the best app for getting to know the artist and a feel for how they truly play their crafts. You get FREE Live streams while they are touring and the recordings for later! Don't sleep on this! This app is the only subscription I have that will ALWAYS be paid annually. Go get it *make me an ambassador please!

Dev response confirms my issue. there's no legitimate reason to block downloads from mobile browsers except to push you towards their subscription service. ... It's annoying that I cannot listen to a show I've paid for in my library on mobile with this app. I cannot download the flac files I've paid for from the mobile website. When I try to download them from the app I get prompted to join their subscription service and am never allowed to download the files I paid for. Super Scummy.

It is not possible to download purchased audio to a mobile device. A Mac or PC is required to complete the secure downloads. You can also stream your purchases using the nugs mobile app. Offline downloads within the nugs app are only available to nugs subscribers. Love the music and content, however the app still doesn't work on my android. Casting to TV works fine with girlfriends iPhone, though still does not work with Android. It says "finding devices..." when trying to cast, and never shows the available TV like it does on the iPhone. All other casting apps on the android show the TV as available, so it's for sure just the nugs app. This seems like such an easy thing to fix, and is being neglected. I will change my review to 5 stars if fixed

Unfortunately, SmartTVs with embedded casting functionality are not the same as standard Chromecast (original or Chromecast with GoogleTV) devices and may not work for our streams. Contact us on help.nugs.net if you continue having problems so we can try to help.
