when it works, it works, but when it doesn't work, it really doesn't work. if you ever need support for anything, trying to contact their support, which has to be done through this app, either doesn't work at all, or you have to wait multiple hours for them to just respond with "I dunno" and close the chat. why not just offer email support at that point.

it's unacceptable to be obliged to install an app and create an account to be able to receive a package. pin codes or QR codes have always been painlessly with these delivery boxes, why to start a mess?! I will need to check everytime my carrier when I order to avoid repeating such experience...

some times it work perfectly and other times it is totally unreliable, recently tracking information is not updated most of the times,for example it keeps saying waiting sender and the sender dropped the package days ago! and the customer service team on phone takes ages to reply ...it is a long wait!
